annotation: The article deals with the investment activity relations that are viewed as a segment of economic performance of actors. On the basis of the scientific approaches of Yi. Shumpeter the author defines constraints and possibilities for gradual raising of economic actors, investment activity which can ensure competitive, stable and secure development of Russian economy.
