Abstract. External turbulence, global economic transformation, geopolitical tensions, increased technological competition, and unprecedented sanctions pressure prioritize national economic security, highlighting the need to substantiate and systematize new emphases in state policy to ensure it. This article assesses and analyzes key threats to the national economy in the current context and examines the transformation of the Russian Federation’s economic security state policy in the face of unprecedented sanctions pressure and the structural reorganization of the global economy. Based on an analysis of strategic documents, expert assessments, and statistical data, key changes in economic security state policy priorities are identified: a transition from import substitution to the formation of technological sovereignty, a revision of approaches to spatial development and financial policy, and adaptation of the system of indicators of economic security to new challenges. It is substantiated that the new emphasis is not simply on protection from threats but on the formation of a system of methods and instruments for regulating the economy capable of sustainable self-sufficiency in the context of deglobalization.
