Abstract. The study is dedicated to an analytical assessment of the transformation processes in regional industrial clusters occurring under the influence of digitalization. The methods used include data classification and systematization, analysis and synthesis, logical and systemic analysis, visualization, and statistical methods, as well as a systemic approach. Digitalization enhances the production efficiency of industrial clusters by ensuring interaction between their components, taking into account industry specifics and the interchangeability of participants. The modern system of industrial clusters in Russia has been studied, and an analysis of the impact of digitalization on their transformation has been conducted. Additionally, tools for state support have been considered. Trends in the use of digital technologies and approaches to implementing information management tools in regional clusters have been described. Schemes for the formation and transformation of clusters under the influence of digitalization have been proposed. The results of the study show that digitalization promotes the creation of new industrial clusters at the initiative of the state for the cooperation of enterprises, scientific and production centers, and research institutes. This ensures the effective implementation of innovative technologies in production processes and strengthens the competitiveness of clusters.
