The goal of the paper is to identify the most acceptable approaches and techniques for scientific organizations to implement strategic changes based on the systematization of theoretical sources on the issues under study. The work shows the most common methods of changes in the organization as well as their formats that applied both separately or in combination to implement these strategies. In addition, the article presents proposed in literature approaches to the development of strategic documents and their practical implementation.
