Annotation: The author sets out the algorithm of a new management account tools application by means of integration in terms of a strategic budget planning system and target balanced indices, as well as strategic costs and strategic analysis. Possibilities of nonfinancial indices importing into the system of strategic budget planning are considered through complementation of strategic budgets and allocation of strategic reliability centers.
