Annotation: The author describes the refined controlling investment cycle within which the key processes, a mechanism of their interaction and functional targets are set out on the basis of methodological principles, controlling conception tools and specifics of investment activity. As a result of it the operational analysis algorithm of enterprise investment projects is suggested.
