Annotation: The article is devoted to reasons of crisis development and a system of crisis exit preconditions in agriculture (APC). Crisis deepening factors in agricultural sector under the global financial crisis are considered and the anti-crisis administration measures on federal, regional, municipal and economic levels are offered.
