annotation: Dynamics and specific structure of foreign investments into economy of the Russian Federation in 2007–2009 are shown. Dynamics of direct foreign capital investments, branch and geographic distribution of the enterprises with the foreign capital in Russia, as well as the structure of direct foreign investments on the basic countries-investors are analyzed.
