annotation: The article analyzes current trends in the international geographical differentiation of labor, production and export of industrial goods, employment in industries of countries and regions due to developed countries transition to the post-production method. It also considers processes of international outsourcing, its prerequisites and consequences, the effect of changes in the international division of labor on the countries’ wealth and global inequality is revealed.
