annotation: In the managerial organizational changes the realization of resources and factorial support of the formation and realization administrative decisions processes are important. The interfactoral interactions and interrelations at the resources and factorial transformations in the production process are defined in the article. The formulated representation of the production resources and factors of production allows to find more productive and effective administrative decisions, adequately estimate their realization results.
