annotation: The author discusses the role of agricultural consumers’ cooperative society as part of the agroindustrial complex in Russia and shows its realization in the agrarian policy of Volgograd region in terms of managing co-operative organizational forms of agrarian production. It is marked that a revival of agricultural consumers’ cooperation – purchase-sale, processing and crediting ones – has been given by implementing the priority national project «The development of the АIС» and the State program «The 2008–2012 development of agriculture and regulation of markets of agricultural produce, raw stuffs and food».
