Annotation: The given article deals with the modern trends and regularities of foreign system state support for small and medium sized entrepreneurship by the example of the USA, Great Britain, Germany, the Netherlands. The authors bring up the issues connected with business environment of foreign small and medium sized enterprises and shape the main foreign measures of state support.
