Annotation: Nanotechnology enterprises are considered. We have examined the distribution map of enterprises across Germany over the 2000 to 2011 period. Growth rates, causes of the growth and expansion in the number of nanotechnology enterprises periods are revealed, the corresponding schedule is made.
