AnnotationThe article focuses on the problem of the formation mechanism of economic sustainable development of entrepreneurship in Russia. It is proved that the contradiction between the interests of business and financial imperatives of stability does not arise from the economic nature of the market, but is a consequence of the underdevelopment of institutional relations of subjects of business activities regarding social and ecological benefits. The author gives reasons in favour of the statement that the state role in constructing a mechanism for sustainable development should be aimed at improving the institutional structure of the interaction of business structures in the sphere of public goods as a politico-economic base of the formation of values related to social and ecological benefits for the subject of business activities.

Key words: imperatives of sustainable development of entrepreneurship, economic value of goods social and ecological benefits, institutional conditions for integration of public goods in a system of market turnover, value preferences.
