Annotation: The advantages and restrictions of the cluster formation development, the reasons and their factors forming are revealed and considered in the article. Realization directions of the cluster advantages are presented at the regional level. The researching results have been realized while exploiting Gremyachinskoe potash deposit project being carried out by JSK MCC «EuroChem».
