Annotation: An approach enabling to evaluate perspectives of the sustainable territorial development has been described in the analysis given in the article. The three indicative groups were used to this end: ecological, social and economic indicators. The application of the suggested model contributes to making correct managerial decisions aimed at the sustainable territorial development.
