Abstract. The implementation of innovative modernization of the Russian economy in the context of Federal Target Program “Research and development on priority directions of science and technology complex of Russia for 2014-2020” explains the need to develop international cooperation of the subjects of national nanotechnology network structure and infrastructure with the leading countries in the sphere of nanoindusry and its integration on this basis in mega-regional and global innovation networks. The article describes perspective forms of such cooperation between Russia and EU, including the EU framework programs; the European Science Foundation programs which ensure Russia’s joining to the European Research Area, including EUROCORES and COST scientific and technological networks; programs of innovative support, including nanotechnology projects, implemented by the ministries of the European countries and the Russian government institutions of development; participation in the global innovation networks formation and development by nanotechnology centers RUSNANO, centers of collective use of equipment, including mega-science centers, nanotechnology clusters etc.
