Abstract. Recent decades have seen an increasingly close relationship with economic development changes in the environment, increases as the mutual influence of ecology on economic development, and results of operations on the natural environment. In turn, increases of the degree of influence on the environmental health and quality of life of the population, which are important factors in the development of human capital and labor productivity growth, determining the economic development.
In the article influence ecological factors on economic indices are considered. The analysis of pollution atmospheric air in the Russian Federation and Perm Krai is provided in the article. Dynamics and structure of emissions polluting substances in recent years is presented. The comparative characteristic of structure emissions between some Volga Federal Districts regions and countries is carried out. Conclusions about regularity of changing emissions pollutions in atmosphere. Proposed organizational and economic measures to prevent pollution of the environment, including the tightening of environmental legislation and the introduction of methods of internalization of environmental damage.
