Abstract. A complex research of the health of the female population in the conditions of the Volgograd-Volzhsky region in the dynamics of the 32 years of observation has revealed reliable dependence of the women’s and their children health disorders upon the size and duration of ecological impact in the area of residing, i.e. the effect of the accumulated adverse action ecopollutants is revealed. It has been confirmed by the received regression models, which have proved the reliable correlation between the size and duration of ecological loading in the area of residing and the basic parameters of the women’s and their children’s health.

Key words: female population, anthropogenic load, women of fertile age, neonatals, teenage girls, health disorder, prevention measures.
