Abstract. The theoretical approaches to the definition of megaeconomic space essential characteristics and its place in the global economy space structure are argued in the article. The main periods of economic space foreign concepts evolution and modern national concepts peculiarities are identified, that helped forming the author’s approach to megaeconomy space definition as a specific sphere of global economy.
