Abstract. The role of international cooperation in the national economies innovative modernization and their integration in the innovative meganets to provide the countries competitiveness within the global economic system evolution megatrends course is verified. Russia’s participation examples line of bilateral and multilateral innovation cooperation projects realization together with the state and private subjects from different countries is described.
