Abstract. The methodology of the e-government development evaluation in the regions of Russia is offered. The methodology approbation is carried on the basis of the Southern Federal District regions and the North Caucasian Federal District. The regions’ ratings are composed according to the index of the e-government development. The system of management activities on the regional e-government projects development is constructed.
