Abstract. Given the growth in the number of remote teams, internal PR is becoming a key tool for maintaining corporate culture, increasing employee engagement and improving communication, strengthening corporate culture, and creating a unified community among remote employees. In order to determine what the activities of internal PR companies should be, the work considered online projects and business models implemented on the network, identified their typology and provided a classification. The article describes the current conditions for the development of the transition to a system of working with remote teams, namely Industry 4.0, which contributed to the development of digital infrastructure, software and hardware and the Internet, which enabled companies in all industries to go online. In this regard, there was a need for online promotion, development of advertising and PR events. In 2020, due to the epidemiological situation, people were forced to switch to remote work. In about half a year, employees and organizations adapted to remote work. All this also served as a reason for the development of the network, databases, e-commerce and Internet PR.
