Annotation: The second round of the state cadastral valuation of land (SCVL) of industry and settlements of the Volgograd region has been held. Entrepreneurs in the region have questioned the reliability of the results. In order to clarify the question arisen, a comparative analysis of the results of SCVL with previous estimates in Volgograd region and the results of ongoing assessments in other regions was made.
