Annotation: The institutional basis of investment cooperation between Russia and the European Union is characterized. Volumes of mutual investments of the Russian Federation and EU in 2008–2011 are compared. The dynamics, specific structure and branch priorities of the saved-up and annual mutual investments between Russia and EU countries are analyzed. The main tendencies of investment cooperation of the Russian Federation and the countries of united Europe are allocated.
