Annotation: In the conditions of the market economy searching for procurable and secure financing sources becomes relevant. It is necessary to use these factors while optimizing company’s capital structure. In the article the review is made, the procurability and security integrated index calculation of companies’ financing sources is proved. Selection procedure of financing sources has been offered.
