Annotation: The authors open the possibilities of the system analysis of megaeconomy as a special object and a part of a subject of the economic theory by means of realization of subject-object and processproject approaches. The definitions of the concepts of subjects, objects, processes and projects of the mega-level in the global economic system are represented. The research develops a system paradigm in the megaeconomy theory.
